Donor Bill of Rights

WIHN’s Board of Trustees has adopted this Donor Bill of Rights.

WIHN’s fundraising and administrative costs (FRA) are 11.5% of its total budget.  That means 88.5% of the budget is for program services.  WIHN uses your donations wisely.
